Bridge the Valley - Bike Rally

Come for the ride - stay for the weekend!

All rides start and finish at Chestnut Plaza, immediately west of Stillwater’s historic lift bridge. 

The event Support Hub is located just south of the bridge in South Lowell Park. Event information, day-of registration, and a fenced and monitored bike corral will be available.

All roads and trails are blacktopped.  Pick just one loop from the progressively more challenging options below, or combine several to fit your age, ability, and interest.

All routes will be supported with SAG and rest stops with refreshments

Finish your ride in downtown Stillwater. Meet up with family and friends to enjoy food, refreshments and live music along the majestic St. Croix river – or explore beautiful downtown Stillwater with its many shops and eateries

Chestnut Plaza in Stillwater–located just west of the approach to the historic Stillwater Lift Bridge. All routes start and finish here.

Registration

Pre-register online via the registration button below. Its highly recommended that you register online to simplify your day. Registration is also available on the day of the event for a higher fee.

Registration/Check-in closes at 10:00 am on event day.

Start times are dependent on the course length you choose. You can go at your own pace.

Family Fun Ride – Just the Loop

A family-friendly ride… intended for all ages and abilities to join in the fun. Ride south along the new St Croix River Crossing Loop

25 mile ride

Browns Creek Trail  & Lake Jane

(25 miles, 900 ft climbing, 2 rest stops)

Link rail trails, bike trails and Loop Trails.

Check in / start 8:00 am – 9:00 am

40 mile ride

Beyond the Loop

(40 miles, 1537 ft climbing, 2 rest stops)

Beautiful countryside route through western Wisconsin.  This 40 is a great distance for intermediate riders.

50 mile ride

HILLY – BEYOND THE LOOP

(49 miles, 2,083 ft climbing, 2 rest stops)

Same beautiful countryside as the 40 route through western Wisconsin, but also adds two significant climbs for riders that want a little more challenge in their ride.

70 mile ride

Afton, Prescott, River Falls & Hudson 

(70 miles, 3000 ft climbing, 3 rest stops)

Tour small river towns via rolling Minnesota and Wisconsin rural countryside. Visit the Mississippi Interpretive Center rest stop overlooking the river in Hudson.

100 mile ride

Prescott, Hudson & Somerset 

(99.7miles, 4047 ft climbing, 3 rest stops)

Century ride through small river towns via rolling Minnesota and Wisconsin rural countryside. Visit the Mississippi Interpretive Center rest stop overlooking the river in Hudson.
